Organizing and Fixing

Posted on January 17, 2019January 18, 2019 by Barbara Huber

The work never seems to end! We spent 5 days in our condo while moving all our stuff on the boat. We’ve spent two nights on the boat now and are still organizing, fixing water pressure, new screen doors, cleaning the floors, setting up my office (with a view), shopping at West Marine also known as Tiffany’s, planting my herb garden, added a standard outlet with charging ports and 6 outlets and more things to come. Waiting for our new Garmin Electronics so we can begin our trip. Again, Mike and Leann Rowe have been extremely helpful in getting us “together”. We are looking forward to casting off!

Something Joe didn’t mention in our first post was “our deal”….for every day/night I spend on the boat we are going to live in Italy the same amount of time. 😁 I have two days banked!

New screen
  • New screen door
  • Have to keep the bugs out
  • Barbara’s new office
  • Do you think we need more boullion ?

Thank you both for the tour of your amazing vessel. Seems like you guys thought of everything and have done all the research necessary for a successful and enjoyable great loop.
Sorry to see all that sea fog the first days after shoving off, but no doubt a good test of your boat and captain’s skills.
    Our best and Bon Voyage,

    Steve & Mary
